Registration
Early Bird Registration (until July 6th): $125 per person – all meals included except banquet
dinner on Saturday evening.
Registration after July 6th: $175 per person
Banquet Dinner: $50 | Optional Sunday Tour: $20
Can’t attend in person? JOIN Saturday’s meetings via Zoom: $50
Lodging
Block of rooms at host Holiday Inn Conference Center of Saratoga Springs at a group rate of $239 per room per night plus tax. For those wishing to check in a day early or stay a day later, the special group rate is $169 for Thursday night, October 1st, and $169 for Sunday night, October 4th. Suites are also available at a slightly higher rate. Hotel parking is free. Indoor pool & gym is available.
Saratoga Springs is easy to reach by car, train, bus or air. There is a free hotel shuttle service to & from the Saratoga Springs Amtrak station, bus station as well as local destinations.
