connecting and enjoying the best of central NY State.
Our 2026 conference will feature:
– Dynamic Speakers & Workshops on hearing loss & communication access
– Exhibits & Demonstration Hall showcasing the latest in products & technologies
– Lively Social Events & Entertainment including a Welcome Party & Banquet
– Connect and Reconnect with peers, professionals & advocates from the region
Registration & Lodging:
Early Bird Registration (until July 6th): $125
per person – all meals included except banquet dinner on Saturday evening.
Registration after July 6th: $175 per person
Banquet Dinner: $50
Optional Sunday Tour: $20
Can’t attend in person? JOIN Saturday’s meetings via Zoom: $50
Block of rooms at host Holiday Inn Conference Center of Saratoga Springs at a group rate of $239 per room per night plus tax. The hotel will extend this rate for those who wish to arrive up to 2 days prior or depart 2 days after. Suites are also available at a slightly higher rate. Hotel parking is free. Indoor pool & gym is available.
Saratoga Springs is easy to reach by car, train, bus or air. There is a free hotel shuttle service to & from the Saratoga Springs Amtrak station, bus station as well as local destinations.
