In his published book, “Hearing with my Heart”. He shares his story to help everyone understand the struggles of living with a hearing loss and how to overcome it. He loves to inspire others to go after what they want in life and that NOTHING is impossible. |

Update on hearing aids and bluetooth compatibility ![]() Dr. Donna Wayner is the former Director of The Hearing Center at the Albany Medical Center Hospital, Albany, New York and the former President and CEO of Hear Again, Inc. She has served as an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Albany Medical College, Adjunct Professor at The College of Saint Rose and consultant to the Deafness Research Foundation and various organizations and agencies. She is the founder and professional advisor of Hearing Loss Association of America – Albany Chapter. ![]() Dr. Cara Bedore has been practicing audiology since 1996 after graduating with her Master’s Degree from SUNY Plattsburgh. Her experience began with an internship at the Stratton VA Hospital and she has worked in private practice since in Troy, Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls, NY. In 2020, Dr. Bedore moved The Center For Better Hearing to 726 Bay Road in Queensbury, NY where her and her collogues and staff continue to provide exceptional personalized patient care. Dr. Bedore specializes in diagnosing and remediating hearing loss in adults of all ages. ![]() Angela Lalla, AuD. brings over 30 years of experience in the field of audiology, including 12 years working at a local hospital and many years as a marketing and training specialist for a hearing device manufacturing company. Angela is originally from Amsterdam, NY, but has lived in the Saratoga Springs area since 1992. ![]() Debra Trees Doctor of Audiology at Debra Trees Audiology Associates, delivers hearing care in the Capital Region of NYS for over 35 years. She offers hearing testing, counseling, selection, follow up and care for hearing solutions. She is one of the professional advisors and on the planning board of the Hearing Loss Association of America, Albany-Capital Region Chapter. She is also co-author of an online CEU training course for Nurses and other Health Professionals on hearing loss called Focus on Hearing through AdvantEdge Education. Debra is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, as well as NYSSLHA and CASHA. |
