HLAA – North Shore Long Island has been the sole chapter on Long Island for over 10 years and includes members from Queens to Montauk Point. The chapter has been holding meetings in Eastern Queens for a long time due to the majority of members attending who live in that area. However, we now have an additional meeting location on Long Island — the Harborfields Library in Greenlawn!
At one time, this library hosted the Huntington Chapter of HLAA. They were very glad to hear from us and invited us back! We are going to take advantage of the invitation and will have our first meeting there on September 21, 2023. Time is T.B.D. Please note that this library has the necessary screen and audio loop to meet our needs, and the room is large and airy. The meeting will also be shared virutally, on Zoom with subtitles. Speaker information, exact meeting time, directions and the zoom link will be published shortly.
